Alan and Hublot enjoyed a good day of reaching yesterday, picking up speed and catching up on their contestants. They were able to savour the pleasure of being at sea before going around the Fastnet Rock in 14th position at 11:10 pm (French time).
Back in upwind conditions since last night, Hublot heads on towards the Gallimard way-point, off Cape Finisterre (Spain). The goal is to find his bearings while racing and continue to learn about the boat. Alan will make the most of a long descent to discover how to use his vessel in such conditions!
